Why you ask

Once upon a time a friend of mine was having trouble with her 10th grade homework assignment. She asked if I could help and I decided to give it a try. Her assignment was to answer the question 'why'. Seemed simple enough, but like trying to decipher why long pants are long and short pants are short, it could run you around in circles.

In any case, I told my friend that the only true answer to the question 'why' is 'because'. 'Why' asks for a reason, and in its definition, 'because' is how we begin to explain ourselves.

At INTREPID we do the things we do just because. Well not just because, but because it's fun, it makes it all look good, and hey we really like pretty colors.

To end, my friend failed her homework assignment and never talked to me again. Now, she is a state senator and I'm making websites, go figure.
